This Center for Service and Leadership (CSL) spring break trip takes students to New Orleans for a week of meaningful service and cultural immersion. Participants will work on environmental projects like oyster shell restoration and Mardi Gras bead recycling while learning about the city’s history, communities and culture. It is a hands-on way to make an impact while experiencing New Orleans beyond the tourist spots.
